I want to buy cooking utensils for a friend who is very health conscious too. I remember that some cookware is dangerous. What kind of cookware should I avoid are dangerous to cook. What are acceptable for cooking?

I agree with jelly. I go slowly and everything seems to be aluminum, Teflon or scrath little easier. I Forund the old form of iron in the sale, but I saw that are sold new. Apart from that I was of steel. I also cook utinsils thin plastic around the steel.
Enameled cast iron is safe and paste for the most part. That's what I used to. Teflon and aluminum are bad. Le Creuset is impressive.
