Because they professional lighting, professional cameras, and others. everything they have everything to ensure the lighting remains the same. Not to mention the professional cameras are sometimes only focus on the foreground or background. Most cameras every day to focus, including high-definition cameras to the foreground and background. And when you talk about sound-wise, they have microphones and boom microphones in the right players, so it does not control backgorund sounds like horns and traffic and others. You can customize the look of a little more professional with a good mount type, but video-wise, when you have the dough to reach enlightenment and professional camera is usually homemade

However, only some cameras do every day, so that all may have to be edited and do camera settings.

Side Note: Most movies are made with 60 fps
