calorieking.com is the best source that you find ever. Calories not only fruit, but also junk food and anything else Woolworths, restaurants and other food in general, s under.
I totally agree w 1 Answer Calorie King is AWESOME! The paperback is small and contains a list of almost everything you want to eat or drink, including a list of restraunts Fast Food, Ethnic Food, Beverages alsholic ... everything! not only calories, but carbohydrates and lipids .. some good tips, health / nutrition concerns, cost $ 7 at the store or if you wish that was your line about $ 10 per hour
