My mother died recently, and I had a mortgage. It was another mortgage on a home loan before and now I can not find a new home mortgage loan document. I called the bank holding the loan with them and tell me nothing because I am the executive to have their will. The problem is that my sister is the executive and have a bad feeling that they are trying to sell the land and money without the rest of the remaining brothers. Any help would be very grateful!
